We are a wine marketing, events, education, retail, and tourism company. We bring people together through a common love of wine and spirit education and experiences.

At AWG, our main goal is to give you a great experience around wine. Our consultants are driven by a passion for sharing education and wine, by that “aha” learning moment, not simply by wine sales. We love shaping sessions around your interests and knowledge.

WHO SOURCES THE PRODUCTS I SEE OFFERED FOR SALE?

The wines we sell are sourced from small quality producers all over the world. We search out the best handcrafted wines with incredible stories behind their winemaking. They are true artisan wines.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Add an item to your cart. Our wines are sold with an education package. Simply add to cart and check out.

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?

Yes, our winery partner in CA ships all of our wine (7.75%)

HOW QUICKLY ARE ORDERS PROCESSED?

Orders are processed immediately and will ship as soon as we are able, dependent on any weather or unforeseen issues.

WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I’VE PLACED AN ORDER?

You will receive an order confirmation by email. We will notify you when your item or items ship.

WHERE AND HOW DO YOU SHIP?

We use FedEx and ship to the continental US states, except AL, AR, IL, KY, MS, SC, TN, UT, VA, WV and WI.

IS SHIPPING INCLUDED?

Shipping is NOT included unless we notify you of a special promotion.

CAN I ELECT A DIFFERENT SHIPPING METHOD?

That is not an option.

CAN I HAVE MY SHIPMENT HELD DUE TO WEATHER?

Yes, we will ask you when you check out for your preference.

IT’S BEEN OVER A WEEK AND I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER.

Every once in a while, things can happen that delay your shipment. Please check your tracking. If there are any issues, call us at  (978) 482-7818.

ARE MY SHIPMENTS INSURED?

They are insured up to $100. You will have the option at check out to add additional coverage for 1% of your order.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SHIPMENT IS RETURNED TO YOU?

If FedEx is unable to deliver the package after three attempts, the package is returned to us OR if you decline the package, you will be liable for shipping.

WHAT IF MY SHIPMENT IS LOST OR ARRIVES DAMAGED?

Contact us immediately at orders@artisanwinetasting.com. We will assist you in putting in the claim to Fedex.

A WINE I WANT IS NO LONGER BEING OFFERED, CAN I STILL ORDER IT?

Contact us. It will depend on our inventory. There may be times that the next vintage will be coming in and we can offer that instead.

CAN I ORDER OVER THE PHONE OR VIA EMAIL?

WHY CAN’T I CALL OR VISIT YOUR BUSINESS IN PERSON?

We are located throughout the country. Our business model is to come to you directly or online through virtual tastings.

WHAT IF I REALLY NEED OR WANT TO TALK TO A HUMAN BEING?

You can call  (978) 482-7818 and leave a message and we will return the call or send us an email and we will contact you back immediately.

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

You are welcome to pay by credit card.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELATION POLICY?

You are able to cancel up to 2 weeks before the event or you can work with your consultant to reschedule your event.

HOW DO I RETURN A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT?

Call or email us and we will walk you through the process.

WHAT IF I DO NOT LIKE A WINE I PURCHASED?

If wine is corked or defective, return it to your local consultant. If it is corked or defective, we will return it for a full refund. If you simply don’t like it, no refund can be offered.

WHAT IF I ONLY WANT TO RECEIVE OFFERS ON CERTAIN TYPES OF WINE?

WHY IS MY ORDER ON HOLD AND WHAT IS THE COST TO SHIP NOW?

Weather conditions (whether it is extreme heat or freezing temperatures) across the US certainly create challenges for shipping wine. When temperatures while in transit could adversely affect your wine order, Wine.com will suggest several weather-safe options for you. These options are presented in the final stage of the shopping cart before you place your order.

Primarily, in extreme cold or heat, we recommend the following options:

  1. Choose Next Day Air and a business address or FedEx Store for fast delivery and ensured signature. Shipping Next day Air will reduce the time in transit. Select this shipping option and also use the shipping calendar to select a date when someone will be there to sign for the package on the first attempt. Business addresses and FedEx store locations are also good options in these cases since there is someone there to sign for deliveries. Next Day Air does have an increased cost, but this is the best way to get it there quickly and on a pre-planned date.
  2. Choose the Hold Until Safe and we will ship it once weather conditions are suitable. In this case, we will watch the weather closely and will remove the hold and ship your order as soon as conditions permit. The release dates will vary, and because there is no specified date for delivery, the warehouses will ship it as weather permits. If the Hold Until Safe option is released and your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notice with the tracking number link.
